Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item is:

  • In its original condition – unworn or unused

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at support@taimani.ca Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority.

Items we cannot accept

We are committed to offering fair and transparent policies. However, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Gift cards or sale items

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
